Connor + Prom= ?

Connor about his girlfriend:

"I actually was shopping with my girlfriend yesterday for her prom dress," the 17-year-old told PEOPLE at the Entertainment Weekly/Vavoom Upfronts party in N.Y.C. Tuesday night. "We're debating. But it's going to be fine. She's just grappling with prices."

So who is the lucky girl? Actress Alice Kremelberg, who's had guest appearances on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and 30 Rock. (She currently has a small role in Tina Fey's hit Baby Mama.)

"[The dance] is June 13th – Friday the 13th," said Paolo – who already has a tux, thanks to the show's wardrobe department. "It's going to be awesome."

The Gossip Girl star, who describes himself as a "very caring boyfriend," said their acting careers haven't caused any tension in the relationship – yet.

"Sex scenes – we haven't had to deal with them yet," he explained. "I'm sure that will eventually become an issue." But, overall, "it's nice to date someone who understands the things that you have to deal with [as an actor]."

His role on a hit TV show has its perks, too. "We just had this Lucky magazine [swag event]," Paolo said. "I got her a bunch of jewelry, True Religion jeans. She's set. She has nothing to complain about!"

Sources reveal that Gossip Girl star Michelle Trachtenberg fainted yesterday during an event in NYC on Tuesday!

What was she on???

Michelle was serving as host for the Sunglass Hut launch of a New Store Experience and Redesign yesterday in Soho.

Midway through the event, while in the middle of an interview, Michelle fainted!

Somewhat of a frenzy occurred, as no one knew what happened.

Though, unlike many others, Trachtenberg stayed committed to her duties as host.

She got right back up and stayed for the whole event!

Let's hope she goes to the doctor soon for a check up though, just in case.

Aside from passing out, it seems she had a good evening. She was outfitted in a Dianne Von Furstenberg dress, trying on several sunglasses, and probably taking home a ton of freebie glasses.

The bitch is staying

Looks like Gossip Girl's new guest star Michelle Trachtenberg is no longer a guest star. It is reported that she will return for season two, still as the bitch Georgina. I guess Gossip Girl is heating up once again.

Next Season/ other

So...yay! Inside sources confirm to me that Gossip Girl will indeed be having an extralong season next year (to make up for the episodes we missed this year due to the strike).

Though nothing will be made official until next week when the CW announces its schedule in New York City, I'm told the show has been confirmed for a 24-episode season two.

I just hung out with Leighton Meester on the set of Entourage (she's there shooting a guest stint for the HBO comedy's upcoming season), and she told me they're planning to shoot Gossip Girl in the Hamptons at the beginning of season two. "'Cause you gotta go to the Hamptons, right?" she said with a giggle. "And, by the way, we aren't shooting in Staten Island like they did on Sex and the City. We're shooting in the real Hamptons." Touché, Carrie & Co.!

(Also according to Leighton, the cast calls Michelle Trachtenburg's character "Geor-gina" in the way that rhymes with a female body part, since she's such a See You Next Tuesday. Hee!)

Recap // predictions

Wow. I don't even know where to begin. Last night's episode of Gossip Girl, "All About My Brother," was amazingly perfect in so many ways. There were enough scandals, lies, public outings, reconciliations and confessions that would have filled an entire season's worth of episodes on a lesser show.

Georgina Sparks is turning out to be one helluva psychotic bitch. I'd be interested to see who would emerge victorious in a bitch-fight between her and Blair. Blair certainly has the power to manipulate and humiliate – she easily quashed the pathetic Jenny Humphrey in two episodes – but I'm not sure how she would fare against Georgina's pure, unadulterated psychosis. What makes Michelle Trachtenberg so convincing as a villainess is that all she lets you see in her heavily shadowed eyes is evil, with not a hint of conscience lurking around. This is one scary bitch you can't even reason with.

Blair, on the other hand, does have a conscience and that's what makes her such a great three-dimensional character. When Jenny came up to her penthouse to concede defeat, you saw tiny wavelets of regret flitting across Blair's face. Also, in the party scene, she wasn't willing to out Eric on Gossip Girl until he gave the go-ahead. She may be a total bitch, but when it comes to the few people she actually cares about, she's fiercely loyal. This is one chick you want in your corner when you're down.

Now, about that murder. I know that I have been speculating that Serena's dirty little secret somehow involves sex, drugs and dead people, but I was so shocked when she told Blair at the end of the episode that she killed someone. I didn't think they'd actually go there!

From the sounds of the video that Georgina sent to Serena, the two of them must have been involved in some kind of threesome with a boy. It could have started out all in good fun, but with the addition of hardcore drug use and a psychotic bitch like Georgina, it was only a matter of time before it began to go horribly awry. I'm guessing that Serena may be over-estimating her culpability in the person's death, however. She was very likely not in full control of her faculties, and maybe the person was already dead before she did anything. Whatever the case, Georgina is unlikely to ever let her forget it.

What's G's motivation, though? Here's my theory. Maybe Eric isn't the only one who is gay. Maybe Georgina is completely infatuated with Serena, Single White Female-style, but the only tool at her disposal for getting and keeping Serena's attention is blackmail. Whatever the case, it's all going to go down soon, all snarkily narrated by Kristen Bell's Gossip Girl as well.

This can't be true

Things are getting fiery behind the camera of Gossip Girl, with New York magazine revealing that onscreen friends Leighton Meester and Blake Lively "avoid each other like the plague," leaving their castmates to "choose sides."

An insider also tells OK! that Leighton "is jealous of everyone. She doesn't like her character's wardrobe. She thinks it's conservative and she's more fashionable and sexy in real life. She once said, 'I look like a dork in my outfits.'

"She wants to be a movie star and wants the publicity that her co-stars are getting," says the insider. Leighton's rep denies the claim.

The source also confirms, "Penn Badgley and Blake are a couple and so cute. They hide it from cameras and go to dive bars and stay out of the limelight. They're low-key, but such a happy couple."

Gossip Girl's resident troublemaker, Ed Westwick, opened up about playing Chuck Bass on Gossip Girl. "Everyone has kind of gotten used to him being this bad kind of person, Ed says, adding, "But he's redeemed himself in some ways and people have grown to like him."

I know more old news but Chace Crawford was amongst the first to test drive the new Mario Kart Wii video game at Nintendo’s daytime block party at the Nintendo World store on April 16th in NYC’s Rockefeller Center on Saturday.

The 22-year-old Gossip Girl hottie posed with Nintendo mascot Mario and also helped debuted the Wii Wheel, which lets players wirelessly steer their car.

Heidi Montag recently revealed that she once sucked face with pretty boy Chace Crawford before he was "famous."

Gossip Girls Leighton Meester is heading to Los Angeles. According to E!, the actress is set to reprise her guest starring role on Entourage. Back in season one, Meester played pop singer Justine Chapin in the episodes "The Review" and "Date Night." The character was modeled after a pre-tailspin Britney Spears--a self-professed virgin who happened to have a thing for Vince (Adrian Grenier).
Meester will appear in at least one episode in the first half of the season. Production of season five of Entourage began in April, with a premiere set for September. The show was supposed to return in June, but was delayed by the writers strike.

Michelle Trachtenburg and Chace Rumors

New "Gossip Girl" Michelle Trachtenburg spoke with poke with Michael Yo and Hyla from “Yo on E!” about her new gig, rumors of dating Chace Crawford, the cast of Gossip Girl, and joking about dating co-star Blake Lively.

How is it on the set of gossip girl - do you love it or what?

“They’re like, ‘Oh God, not Michelle Trachtenberg.’ No, honestly everyone is, actually. For real it one of one of the nicest sets I’ve ever worked on in my entire life. The cast is amazing and so welcoming, and the creative team they’re just like so excited and really thrilled to be doing such a fun show. I’ve actually had only awesome experiences. I know, it’s not as exciting.”

Now you play Georgina Sparks and you’re an enemy to who?

“To Serena, Blake Lively’s character, and I’m the bad ass b-i-t-c-h.”

How do you like playing that role?

“I love it! I absolutely love it. It’s so much fun. You get to just be like mean and bitchy all the time!”

How do you take elements from your personal life and apply it to this character Michelle?

(Laugh) “Oh boy! I think of all those mean boys that never asked me out in high school and channel all my hatred towards them.”

Speaking about shock value, the first day you were on set, there was this big rumor about you and Chace Crawford. What’s up with that?

“Honestly I knew it was going to happen having the new girl on the show pegged with the pretty boy. It’s just silly. Chace and I work together. I think the world of him. I think he’s a seetheart but people make sh*t up all the time."

But I think Michelle understands this. She was not even hanging out on the set of “Gossip Girl” a week and people automatically assumed she was dating Chace Crawford because he just broke up with Carrie Underwood, and her and Blake Lively are going out so there’s certain drama… And in reality, it’s just a regular Saturday night out and it gets blown out of proportion.

“It’s really funny because we were all in a big group of people so of course they pick out the two people that they can plug their club at or their restaurant at. So, we always have to take the fall for it so it’s all good, but I can officially say I am dating Blake Lively.” (Laughter)

Who’s your favorite on the show? Is there one person you hang out with the most or do all of you go out as a group?

“A lot of us do go out as a group. Blake and I have done all of all of our scenes together. Like the first three episodes are essentially just been me and Blake so we’ll take our hair and makeup ladies out. Like we all went to a taping of SNL the other night and that was really cool.”

(Laughs) “Great, I’m glad that’s going to be the sound bite, and someone is actually going to believe it and be like, ‘Michelle comes out of the closet’, which I completely support and that’s great.”
